The Port of Baltimore Diesel Equipment Upgrade Program provides funds to retrofit, repower or replace older vehicles, equipment, and marine vessels with more emission-efficient engines or technologies and recognizes partners for achieving goals that reduce air pollution associated with the transport of goods.
