The Port of Baltimore's Dray Truck Replacement Program, marketed as Dollars for Drays, continues to be an incredible success for all - the Maryland Port Administration, motor carrier partners, the funding agencies, and local communities.

Together we have reduced emissions in our region over the last twelve years. We have also supported our small business partners by helping them upgrade their dray truck fleet, thereby reducing their costs and improving reliability of service for port customers.

With your support, the Dollars for Drays program has resulted in notable successes:

• Since 2012 the program replaced over 300 older dray trucks with trucks and engines technologies that meet newer EPA Heavy Duty Emissions Standards.
• This fleet modernization has resulted in emissions reductions of an estimated 3,878.5 tons.
• Since 2012 the program has provided incentive funding in the amount of almost $7.6 million to the motor carrier community helping to fund vehicle replacements.
